Subscribers can open either the lower resolution pdf (faster download but graphics may not be so good) or the higher resolution pdf (better graphics that are more suitable for viewing and printing but download time can be long depending on issues such as file length, the computer hardware and software you are using and the general volume of web traffic. Occasionally time-outs might occur; if so please try again at times when volume might not be so great (usually earlier or later in the day, for example). Otherwise, if persistent problems occur, please contact the Webmaster. In cases where download time is lengthy please be patient. We trust that you will find the wait worthwhile!
